Material Handler, Warehouse Associate, Forklift Operator
The Inventory Clerk is responsible for conducting regular physical inventory counts to maintain high levels of inventory accuracy across the facility. This role involves comparing physical stock to records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS), identifying variance root causes, and performing audits to ensure seamless inventory tracking and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities- Daily Inventory Auditing:
Perform scheduled daily cycle counts using handheld RF (Radio Frequency) scanners based on ABC velocity codes or location groups. - Discrepancy Investigation:
Research inventory variances (overages, shortages, misplacements) by reviewing recent transaction logs, receiving records, and picking history. - System Reconciliation:
Input accurate count data into the WMS and assist supervisors with approved inventory adjustments. - Equipment Operation:
Safely
operate material handling equipment (e.g., cherry picker, reach truck, forklift, order picker) to access pallet racks at varying heights.
- Process Compliance:
Audit incoming, outgoing, and internal inventory movements (receiving, putaway, picking, and returns) to ensure standard operating procedures are followed. - Quality Assurance:
Identify and report damaged, expired, or improperly labeled stock, assisting in quarantine or scrap procedures as needed. - Safety & Maintenance:
Adhere to all OSHA and warehouse safety standards, maintaining a safe and clean working environment.

Perform The Essential Functions.- Strong in Math
and the ability to pass basic math test
- Operate a forklift, Raymond, and pallet jack
- The ability to be on your feet for extended periods of time
- Basic computer literacy
- SAP & Microsoft Excel
- Ability to lift 15lbs or more as needed
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
- Exposure to varying warehouse temperatures (ambient, non-climate controlled, or refrigerated depending)
- Comfortable working at elevated heights (up to 30+ feet) on equipment
- Food

Able to work in environmental conditions
to include cold temperatures
