Position: TRUCK BU - Sales Governance (Planning & Operations Specialist)
Role  We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented  Sales Planning & Operations Specialist  to join the Sales Governance team for Asia, Australia and New Zealand (AANZ) region.
The role will support sales planning, market performance monitoring, stock analysis, dealer performance tracking, commercial reporting and day-to-day sales operations activities across multiple international markets.
This is an excellent opportunity for a junior professional who wants to develop strong analytical, commercial and operational skills in the automotive and commercial vehicle industry, while working in a dynamic, multicultural and cross-functional environment.

Key Responsibilities  Sales Planning & Forecasting Support   Support the preparation, consolidation and monitoring of sales forecasts, retail targets, wholesale plans and commercial assumptions across the AANZ region.
Assist in the collection and validation of market, dealer and product data to support sales planning activities.
Monitor order intake, deliveries, registrations, stock levels and pipeline evolution, highlighting risks and opportunities.
Prepare regular sales performance reports, dashboards and analysis packs for management reviews.
Support the follow-up of sales targets and action plans with local markets, dealers and internal stakeholders.
Sales Operations & Commercial Governance   Support daily sales operations, including order tracking, allocation follow-up, stock monitoring and campaign implementation.
Prepare business reviews, sales governance meetings, dealer reviews and regional performance updates.
Ensure accurate, consistent and timely commercial data for reporting and decision-making.
Track commercial KPIs, including market share, stock coverage, conversion rates, dealer performance and target achievement.
Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, Customer Service and local markets to gather inputs and follow up on actions.
Prepare ad hoc analyses and presentations for strategic discussions, commercial decisions and management requests.
Identify commercial risks, opportunities and improvement areas using data, market feedback and business priorities.

Required Qualifications   Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Management, Data Analytics or a related field.
Up to 2 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Planning, Business Analysis, Commercial Operations, Controlling or a similar role; strong recent graduates will also be considered.
Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with data, identify trends and translate analysis into clear insights.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and good proficiency in PowerPoint; experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools is a plus.
Good understanding of commercial processes, sales performance indicators and business planning principles.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are considered an advantage.
Strong communication skills, accuracy, curiosity, proactivity and willingness to learn in an international environment.
Preferred Skills   Interest in the automotive, transport or commercial vehicle sector.
Internship or early-career experience in sales planning, operations, business intelligence, finance or product management.
Ability to manage priorities with accuracy and respect deadlines.
Problem-solving attitude, ownership mindset and cross-functional teamwork.
