Define the mid- to long-term portfolio roadmap and align Agile Teams around common priorities
Identify portfolio opportunities and risks
Ensure that product decisions support profitable growth, lifecycle discipline, customer value and execution focus
Work globally across Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Service, Finance and the PM Chapter
Identify market trends, competitive shifts, strategic opportunities, and potential M&A or partnership candidates, translating these insights into clear portfolio recommendations and leadership decisions
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Business Administration, or a related field
8+ years of experience in Product Management, Portfolio Management, Business Development, or a related leadership role within the power electronics, critical power, electrical equipment, or industrial technology sectors
Proven experience managing global product portfolios, including product strategy, lifecycle management, roadmap definition, and business performance accountability
Strong commercial and financial acumen, with demonstrated experience in P&L ownership, business case development, pricing strategies, and profitability management
Track record of translating market insights into successful product strategies, with the ability to identify customer needs, market opportunities, competitive trends, and growth initiatives
Experience leading cross-functional teams in global matrix organizations, influencing stakeholders across engineering, operations, sales, service, finance, and executive leadership without direct reporting authority
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, combined with an entrepreneurial mindset, strategic thinking, and a strong drive for ownership, execution, and continuous improvement.
