This role is for an accountant who wants to work at the core of a fast-moving, multi-entity business—closing the books across jurisdictions, ensuring reconciliations are robust and defensible, and contribute to a finance function that can support a business growing through constant change. We’re looking for someone who holds a high bar for accuracy, and who is equally motivated to eliminate manual work wherever judgment isn’t required.

Responsibilities

Technical accounting at real depth. Prepare and own financial statements under US GAAP, with IFRS alignment where required. Exercise judgment on revenue recognition, consolidation, and intercompany flows—in a context where the reporting framework evolves constantly as we acquire and integrate new businesses.
Integration and accounting consistency. Support the integration of newly acquired businesses into our financial infrastructure, aligning accounting treatments, reporting structures, and closing processes across the group. Ensure consistency without losing sight of local complexity and practical constraints.
Controls, compliance, and audits. Design and reinforce internal controls that protect the quality of our financial records. Support internal and external audits with well-prepared documentation, clear explanations, and the kind of underlying discipline that makes audits smoother because the work is already sound.
Process improvement and automation. Identify opportunities to streamline accounting workflows—reconciliations, accruals, intercompany flows—and partner with the broader finance team to automate them. Build processes that scale with the business and let the team focus on work that actually requires judgment.
