Finance Business Controller

Experteer Overview In this Finance Business Controller role you partner with commercial, sales and operations to translate financial insights into smart decisions that drive growth. You will own budgeting, forecasting and KPIs, and present a Monthly Business Review to the executive team. You’ll support headcount planning, risk mitigation, and cost control during acquisitions, while enabling cross-functional teams with clear financial context.

A key focus is scaling finance tools and ERP processes to sustain rapid growth and global reach.

Retribuzione / Benefits Review revenue performance and key subscription metrics

Act as a business partner to commercial, sales and operations, delivering visibility and actionable insights

Own budgeting and forecasting for assigned businesses (KPIs, Revenue, EBITDA, Cashflow)
Prepare and present Monthly Business Review deck to the executive team Implement headcount reporting and forecasting to support hiring decisions

Identify business risks, propose mitigation plans, and set up monitoring tools

Drive cost awareness and control, track synergies during acquisitions

Collaborate with the finance team on budgeting/forecasting tools evolution

Support rollout of Net Suite ERP by reviewing processes and identifying improvements

Reinforce internal controls, especially around revenue recognition

Provide ad hoc financial analysis and collaborate with Data team on DWH validation and reporting

Responsabilità

Degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting4-5 years of experience in a similar role Strong financial modelling and analytical skills

Excellent communication in English (French, Italian, or German a plus)
Proactive, ambitious, and capable in an international environment

Experience with subscription-based models and IT sector valued

Familiarity with Oracle Net Suite a plus Requisiti fondamentali
