We are looking for a  Junior Credit Business Intelligence Analyst.

Our client is an important player operating in the Automotive Sector.

Mission

The Person will be part of the Credit Department of a leading car rental company and will be responsible for:

Reporting and monitoring the evolution of credit risk

Implement the strategies (statistical models and credit rules, based on quantitative analysis) to improve the efficiency of Credit processes (acceptance and debt collection)

The role’s primary objective is to increase processes efficiency, basing on quantitative evidences, leveraging data and analytics to support sustainable and profitable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Define and continuously improve credit acceptance rules and strategies for different customer segments (corporate, SMEs, professionals, private customers, etc.).

Implement statistical models and tools to improve the acceptance quality and credit risk assessment, leveraging both internal and external data sources.

Contribute to a proactive, data–driven risk culture, promoting best practices and sharing insights with stakeholders.

Develop, maintain and own regular credit risk reports: monitor the evolution of credit risk across customer segments, identifying trends, anomalies and areas of concern.

Support Management with ad hoc analyses, presentations and materials for internal committees and governance bodies.

Requirements

Degree in Statistics is preferred. Degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Engineering or related fields can be evaluated.

1+ years of experience in Credit, Risk Management, Credit Control or related functions.

High level of data management & analytics skills.

Advanced use of Excel, BI tools and programming capabilities (SAS and Python usage are essential).

Ability to work with large data sets, build dashboards, and structure analyses autonomously.

Strong ability to translate numbers into actions: turn data and KPIs into concrete business recommendations and operational measures.

Good knowledge of English (spoken and written);
French is a plus.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills: able to work closely with Sales, Finance, Collections and other stakeholders

Business-oriented mindset, balancing risk mitigation with commercial objectives.

Problem-solving attitude and proactive approach to identifying issues and proposing solutions.

Team player, capable of working in cross-functional projects.

High level of accuracy, organization and attention to detail.

Contract Type:
Permanent employment contract.

CCSL Contratto Collettivo specifico di lavoro. Employee Level A3.

The compensation package includes a gross annual salary between € 35.000 and € 40.000, commensurate with the candidate's experience and skills.
