The marketplace is a dynamic platform where we connect local sellers with consumers, offering a wide variety of products. POSITIONSUMMARIES 3P Buyer / Category Operator / Account Manager
Responsible for managing marketplace sellers, monitoring performance, and driving category growth.
- Conduct seller trainings on product selection, system use, and shipment
- Identify process improvements and potential new sellers
- Monitor performance and optimize operations using data
- Fast learner, quick to master policies and systems
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Data‑sensitive, basic analytical ability
- Experience in e‑commerce or fast‑fashion
Responsible for sourcing and onboarding suppliers, managing end‑to‑end seller operations, and driving growth in the home textile category.
- Source and engage suppliers; build partnerships
- Manage supplier operations (SKU creation, pricing, orders, product listing)
- Resolve supplier issues and guide use of internal tools
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Patient and calm under pressure
- Result‑driven, KPI‑focused
- Experience in e‑commerce or fast‑fashion
While requirements may vary by position, for the Turkiye Marketplace we typically look for professionals with the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Strong sales aptitude with a drive to consistently exceed KPIs
- Logical, problem‑solving mindset
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Advanced English is required;
Mandarin is a plus - Experience with marketplaces; e‑commerce or textile/fashion industry is a strong plus
