Strategic PMI Project Manager – Business & Operations

We are seeking a local PMI Manager to support the Global PMI Manager and drive integration initiatives between DMC and Believe. The role reports to the Deputy General Manager of DMC.

• Collaborate with DMC management to research and formalize information.
• Support the global PMI team in understanding DMC service offers and operating model.
• Participate in situation assessments and prepare PMO documentation (steering committees, workshops, service mapping, target operating model).
• Run workshops with DMC operational teams.
• Ensure projects stay on track by understanding priorities, anticipating interdependencies, and solving cross‑functional issues.
• Coordinate and communicate with local cross‑functional teams (Commercial, Product, Finance, HR, Legal, IT, etc.).
• Focus the program on critical tasks, align stakeholders, and monitor deliverables, reporting progress, issues, and risks.
• Communicate goals and objectives to all local stakeholders, including senior executives.

• 8–10 years of experience in project management within a tech or media company.
• Proven experience in a startup environment where outcomes are delivered.
• Experience working in a global setting.

• Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
• Systems and process thinking.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel; experience with JIRA is a plus.
• Result‑oriented, professional judgment, and problem‑solving ability.
• Team‑oriented and able to work with cross‑functional teams.
• Bilingual in English & Turkish;
  French a plus.
• Lean Six Sigma / Kanban / Agile certification or knowledge is a plus.
