Sales Operations Executive

AKSA, a company of Akkök Holding, was founded in 1968 in Yalova. Becoming the world’s largest producer of acrylic fiber over the years, Aksa today serves approximately 300 customers in over 50 countries across 5 continents. Having a capacity of 350.000 tons per year, Aksa supplies raw materials for textiles and technical textiles in many diverse areas.

We are looking for a Sales Operations Executive to join our Commercial Operations, Foreign Trade and Logistics Department, who will be responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient execution of sales operations processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, International Trade, Logistics, or a related field,
• Minimum 7 years of experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry, in sales and logistics operations, customer order management, supply chain, or commercial operations,
• Proven experience in team management,
• Good command of English,
• Knowledge of foreign trade operations and practices,
• Strong knowledge of order management, shipment planning, inventory management, and customer operations processes,
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office applications,
• Interest in digital transformation, automation, and process improvement, with the ability to adapt technological developments to business processes,
• Experience in data analysis, reporting, and performance monitoring,
• Strong planning, organization, and coordination skills,
• Strong analytical thinking skills with a solution- and results-oriented mindset,
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams,
• Ability to manage changing priorities, with strong follow-up skills and a high sense of responsibility,
• Competency in leading, guiding, developing, and monitoring the performance of teams.

• Ensure that sales operations processes are carried out effectively, efficiently, and with a customer-focused approach,
• Coordinate the management of customer orders received by the sales teams in line with production plans,
• Ensure effective operational coordination among Sales, Planning, Production, Logistics, and Finance teams,
• Monitor the performance of order, inventory, and shipment processes and take necessary actions,
• Lead operational decision-making processes by balancing customer priorities with production requirements,
• Ensure that domestic and international customer shipments are completed accurately and on time,
• Monitor key performance indicators related to sales operations and identify opportunities for improvement,
• Lead projects aimed at digitalizing, standardizing, and improving the efficiency of operational processes,
• Work closely with Foreign Trade and Logistics teams to support the seamless execution of export operations,
• Drive initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and delivery performance.
