• Monitor the end-to-end photography styling process, proactively identifying quality issues, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Design and execute styling plans based on product positioning and buyer input; ensure monthly photography styling targets are met in both quantity and quality.
• Optimize styling details during shoots and review final outputs after photography.
• Identify styling- and photography-related issues (e.g., model adaptation, prop damage, styling mismatches) and propose practical, actionable solutions.
• Collaborate closely with buyers, BD, photographers, makeup artists, and external partners to ensure smooth execution and continuous improvement of styling standards.
• Coordinate with outsourcing studios, KOLs, and OBM teams; clarify styling requirements and delivery standards; track progress; and resolve delays or quality gaps.
• Provide ad-hoc support for urgent styling and photography needs and closely monitor key shoots and critical projects.

• 1–2 years of experience in styling, photography coordination, fashion e-commerce, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of fashion styling, commercial photography standards, and visual presentation.
• Experience working with photographers, makeup artists, models, and external studios or suppliers.
• Strong execution and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple shoots and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Cost awareness related to styling resources, props, and accessories; ability to support budget control.
• Interest in or hands-on experience with AI photography and image generation is a strong plus.
• Detail-oriented, results-driven, and able to work independently under pressure with a strong sense of ownership.
• Fluent written and spoken English, with the ability to work confidently in an international, cross-functional environment.
