It might be a visit from a fairy or pool competitions and a soccer tournament:
As a manager family you put a smile on children’s faces and fill their hearts with delight.

How? It’s easy – you plan and organize the diverse children’s program during the day. In the evening you help create the children’s show and keep an eye on the safety of the participating kids. Your creativity gets our littlest guests so excited that they really want to participate!

A little hand reaches for yours, someone whispers a secret into your ear, two hands stretch towards your arm – as a ROBIN, you’re not just a manager family but also a hero, friend and reference person in one. Gaining the children’s trust and accompanying them on their vacation is an extraordinary experience for you each time. Here you can realize your own ideas, work independently and explore new cultures and languages all  want you as a children’s activities host or childcare worker for our ROBINSON Clubs in Germany, the Alps, North Africa and around the Mediterranean.

As a children’s activities host, it’s easy for you to delight our young guests with all kinds of fun and games – and the parents are relieved to know that their kids are in your care.

Passionate managers family are wanted for big and small adventures

Children are very demanding guests:
They always need action and are mercilessly honest. Their parents feel good only when their children are happy. With your commitment and competence, you function as a children’s activities coordinator and host to make the vacation of our little guests unforgettable. Thanks to your creativity, warmth and flexibility, the hours pass so quickly for the children that they can barely wait to spend the next day with you.

Treasure hunting, swimming class, an evening walk, putting on diapers or getting food – our kids feel just great with you at their side.

For your new job as a manager family, you should bring your passion and the following:

• educational training, e.g. as qualified childcare worker or experience in the recreational field for children and adolescents (au pair, boyscout leader, trainer at a sports club, etc.)
• Enjoyment and experience of leading a team
• enjoyment of the work and the interactions with children
• good English-language skills are desirable
• flexibility and openness
• high sense of responsibility and own initiative
