* About The Role:

** The Business Development Executive will acquire new customers as we continue to grow rapidly in Turkey. You'll be responsible for prospecting and growing revenue within a defined geographic market. The role will require close collaboration with the regional sales team to maximise revenue opportunities. Travel will be required to support customers and attend industry events.
** Responsibilities:
*** Identify and engage new B2B clients across Turkiye.
* Execute outbound prospecting strategies including cold calling, email outreach, Linked In engagement, event participation, and other innovative approaches.
* Manage and convert inbound leads within your assigned territory.
* Lead consultative sales processes, including product demonstrations, presentations, and responses to tenders.
* Clearly communicate the value proposition and use cases of the product portfolio.
* Negotiate, draft, and finalize sales agreements.
* Stay informed about market trends, regulatory updates, competitive landscape, and new product developments.
* Maintain a healthy and up-to-date sales pipeline.
* Accurately document client interactions, pipeline status, and forecasts using Salesforce CRM.
* Leverage sales tools such as Salesforce, Lusha, and Gong to enhance productivity and insights.
** Requirement:
*** Proficiency in both Turkish & English
* Demonstrated experience in B2B business development.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in SaaS sales
* Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or similar frameworks.
* A university degree is preferred; advanced or technical degrees are a plus.
