Accounting Specialist

We are seeking a forward-thinking Accounting Specialist
, to focus on fine tuning automation and system integration within the AP/AR process. You’ll join a growing organization that values accuracy, collaboration, and continuous improvement where you'll play a key role in keeping daily financial operations running smoothly.

• Process and manage accounts receivable invoice
• Review, code, and post accounts payable invoice
• Perform check and ACH payment run
• Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding balance
• Reconcile vendor accounts and aging report
• Compare vendor invoices against purchase orders and receiving document
• Assist with month-end close activities, including accruals and invoice reconciliatio
• Maintain open purchase orders and receipts in Sag
• Support asset tracking projects and monthly utility and employee benefit invoice update
• Partner with internal departments, customers, and vendors to resolve payment-related issue

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related field preferred
• 2+ years of accounting experience
• Experience with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable process
• Strong Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word skill
• Experience with Sage or another ERP system is a plus
• Excellent data entry accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skill
• Manufacturing industry experience is a bonus, but not required
