• Front desk duties including answering phones, read/respond to emails, and receive walk-ins.
• Pick up, distribute mail and make on-campus deliveries as needed.
• Create and update spreadsheets and databases.
• Compose correspondence, type letters, and memos, often confidential in nature.
• Heavy data entry, filing, and clerical projects.
• Filing, shredding, scanning and copying documents as needed.
• Preparation of training materials such as copies, collate, staple, folder preparation, etc.
• Perform office flu hygiene prevention (dusting, sanitizing).
• Other duties as assigned.

• Preferred Qualifications
  :
  Driving may be required to carry out assigned tasks.

• Required Qualifications
  :
• Working knowledge/experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to identify and solve standard problems and refer more complex problems to appropriate staff.
• Undergraduate students must be registered/enrolled in a minimum of six (6) Fall/Spring units.
• Post-baccalaureate students in a graduate program must be registered in a minimum of four (4) Fall/Spring units.
• Must have received and accepted Financial Aid award for the current semester/year in which you are applying.

$16.90 per hour.
