Temporary hourly-intermittent student assistant position available in student records.
Start DatePosition available on or after June 15, 2026 and ending on or before August 31, 2026. Possibility of reappointment based on budget, department needs, and job performance.
Job Description & Duties- Provide general and clerical support to the Enrollment Services Office, Student Records, Evaluations, Admissions and the Graduate School.
- Assist with filing across departments.
- Assist with data entry across departments.
- Open and distribute mail and deliver outgoing mail/forms to other offices on campus.
- Answer phones and assist students and walk-in guests at the counter.
- Assist Graduate School Evaluator with clerical duties.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Undergraduate students must be registered/enrolled in a minimum of six (6) Fall/Spring units.
- Post-baccalaureate students in a graduate program must be registered in a minimum of four (4) Fall/Spring units.
$16.90 per hour.
