Are you ready to take on a dynamic role in a supportive environment? We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our team in Turlock, CA. This temporary assignment offers the opportunity to make a significant impact within our department. You'll work Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, supporting the day-to-day activities of a small department.

• Organize department functions and meetings
• Provide administrative support and answer policy-related questions
• Assist with customer inquiries and support via phone or in person
• Perform accurate order and data entry
• Maintain accurate inventory and filing systems
• Coordinate special projects and prepare for meetings
• Process purchase orders and manage expense reports
• Order supplies as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
• Proficient in spelling, grammar, and composition
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to type 45 WPM
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and online tools
• Familiarity with filing systems (alphanumerical)

• College degree
• General knowledge of office practices and business procedures
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Internet Explorer
