Job Title

In joining our event team, you will be the maestro of the schedule and the right hand of the general manager. You will have a key role to make the machine run (almost) as well as a Beyoncé concert at Bercy.

Under the supervision of the general manager, you will be:

Build delivery schedules and operations for assembly/disassembly: you will juggle with tours, locations, time slots, and sometimes even unexpected events … often even.

Make sure our logistical resources run like clockwork, from truck keys to the last extension cords.

Participate in internal audits and process improvements – because we want it to run better than a Formula 1, even on tight corners … but always safe for our technicians and clients.

Help formalize and transmit best practices: clear communication, team training, and updating operating procedures – the idea is that even grandma can understand how it works.

Carry out varied and useful follow-ups: working hours, losses/damages, consumptions … In short, you are a bit the safeguard of small mishaps.
