General Dentist

Western Dental & Orthodontics is seeking a General Dentist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive dental care, including exams, restorative treatment, and preventive services to a diverse patient base. Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry, including exams, cleanings in coordination with hygienists, fillings, crowns, and basic prosthodontic services
• Perform extractions, limited endodontic procedures, and other restorative treatments within scope of training and comfort level
• Conduct thorough patient assessments, diagnose oral health conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans
• Educate patients and families on oral hygiene, preventative care, and treatment options in a clear and compassionate manner
• Collaborate with hygienists, dental assistants, orthodontists, and other specialists to coordinate high-quality, patient-centered care
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical records and charting in the practice management/EHR system
• Adhere to infection control, sterilization, and OSHA standards to ensure a safe clinical environment
• Participate in continuing education, training, and performance feedback to enhance clinical skills and support continuous improvement
• Support Western Dental's mission of community wellness by providing inclusive, culturally sensitive care to a diverse patient population
