Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver precise radiation therapy treatments to patients in accordance with established protocols and treatment plans.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including reviewing medical histories and imaging results.
• Collaborate with oncologists, radiologists, surgeons, and nursing staff to develop and implement individualized treatment strategies.
• Monitor patient progress, manage side effects, and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Maintain detailed and accurate medical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure cohesive and effective patient care.
• Stay current with advancements in radiation oncology techniques, equipment, and best practices through continuing education.

• Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
• Valid medical license to practice in the state of California.
• Board certification or eligibility in Radiation Oncology.
• Proven experience in delivering radiation therapy and managing oncology patients.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaborative skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment.
