The Student Ministry Director at Crossroads Church is dedicated to introducing Jesus and the Gospel as a way of life to students. We strive to help students become fully committed followers of Jesus who live for the glory of God and the good of the world.

We believe that each student is unique and learns in a different way, so it is our goal to help them develop and grow in their relationship with Jesus in a fun, creative, imaginative, and applicable way.

Vision for Role:
The Student Ministry Director is responsible for the development and oversight of all things Student Ministry that will embody the distinctive character of Crossroads. This is through serving students and families of Crossroads, discipling students in the Christian faith, inspiring students to take up a life of service, and promoting friendships and accountability with one another.

• Cast & implement a vision for Student Ministry that reflects the mission of Crossroads Church
• Mentor, lead, manage and support the Student Ministry staff and interns
• Recruit, train, inspire and encourage volunteers in all seasons
• Oversee and manage the Students Ministry budget
• Be a champion for Student Ministry, community, schools, and the neighborhood of Crossroads Community
• Oversee and lead yearly events for Kids Ministry such as summer camp, winter camps, mission trips, etc.
• Oversite of all things Wednesday and Sunday Morning (JR High) for Students
• Attend weekly staff meetings and meet with the Executive Pastor
• Be in full agreement with Crossroads’ doctrinal statement, core values, and mission of “Making fully committed followers of Jesus who live for the glory of God and the good of the world.”
• Perform other ministry functions as assigned by Lead Pastor or Executive Pastor
