POSITION:

PART‑TIME LECTURERS IN MANAGEMENT:
The Department of Management, Operations, and Marketing invites applications for a pool of part‑time teaching appointments. Candidates selected will teach one or a combination of courses in Management. This position is contingent upon the availability of authorized funding.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

A Master’s degree in Management or a closely related field, and five years of relevant professional experience; or a Ph.D. in Management or a closely related field and a recent record of scholarship published in peer‑reviewed journals or five years of relevant professional experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Teach one or a combination of courses in Management.
• Prepare course materials, deliver lectures, and assess student performance.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the discipline and contribute to the department’s academic mission.

COMPENSATION:

Commensurate with qualifications and experience. Salary is prorated based on the number of units assigned, with monthly payments. Newly hired lecturers with terminal degrees are placed in Range 3; others in Range
2. Full‑time (15 units per semester) monthly base salaries are prorated for part‑time appointments.

MANDATED REPORTER PER CANRA:

Position requires compliance with the California Child Abuse And Neglect Reporting Act and CSU Executive Order 1083.
