The George Mauricio Agency is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Account Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping clients, and works well both independently and as part of a collaborative team

• Manage a portfolio of personal lines insurance accounts (auto, home, umbrella, etc.)
• Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, billing questions, and coverage reviews
• Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships
• Process endorsements, certificates, and documentation accurately and efficiently
• Support new business quoting and cross-selling opportunities
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

• Active Personal Lines License or Property & Casualty (P&C) License (required)
• Minimum Of 1 Year Of Insurance Industry Experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and perform in a high-volume, fast-paced office
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
• Spanish-speaking skills are a plus
