What We’re Looking For
:
We are seeking a Groundskeeper to join our team at Briarwood & Village Ceres in Turlock & Ceres, CA. This full‑time position involves maintaining grounds, amenities, building exteriors, parking lots, and other community buildings for multi‑family residential apartments. Pay range: $18.00‑$20.00 per hour. Full benefits are included.

Key Responsibilities
:

• Complete assigned minor and routine service requests as directed by the Community Manager and Maintenance Supervisor, and assist during turn processes.
• Inspect the community daily to remove debris and ensure all common areas and amenities are neat and litter‑free, including lawns, planting beds, parking areas, sidewalks, ramps, hallways, lobbies, and stairwells.
• Remove debris and items from vacant units before the make‑ready process, transfer trash to dumpsters or storage areas, and maintain clean storage zones.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Who You Are
:

• 1+ years of grounds experience preferred.
• Demonstrated excellence in customer relations and interpersonal communications.
• Strong prioritization, independent work, and multitasking skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational ability.
• Ability to work as part of a team and lift up to 50 pounds.
