Position available on or after September 7, 2026 and ending on or before May 21, 2027. Possibility of reappointment based on budget, department needs, and job performance.
Job Description / Duties- Provide customer service at the Print Shop front counter and assist customers over the phone.
- Assist with campus deliveries and pickups of printed materials, supplies, and related items.
- Replace toner and assist with basic maintenance of printers and copiers as needed.
- Assist with organizing, packaging, and preparing completed print jobs for customer pickup or delivery.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
- Assist Print Shop staff with general daily operations and other related duties as assigned.
- Communicate professionally with students, faculty, staff, and other campus customers.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess and maintain a valid California driver’s license due to campus delivery responsibilities.
- Undergraduate students must be registered/enrolled in a minimum of six (6) Fall/Spring units.
- Post-baccalaureate students in a graduate program must be registered in a minimum of four (4) Fall/Spring units.
- Must have received and accepted Financial Aid award for the current semester/year in which you are applying.
$16.90per hour.

Background Clearance NoticeSatisfactory completion of a background check (which includes checks of employment records, education records, criminal records, civil records; and may include motor vehicle records, professional licenses, and sex offender registries, as position requires) is required for employment. CSU will make a conditional offer of employment, which may be rescinded if the background check reveals disqualifying information, and/or it is discovered that the candidate knowingly withheld or falsified information.
Failure to satisfactorily complete the background check may affect the continued employment of a current CSU employee who was conditionally offered the position.
