Wash Tank Operator

Wash Tank Operator- 3rd shift
* Monitors wash tanks chlorine concentrations to be maintained at acceptable levels.
* Makes sure wash tanks do not stop, get plugged up.
* Operate, maintain and clean OP Sensors
* Operate, maintain and clean Bug Reel
* Operate, maintain and clean LYCOL System
* Ensure that Chlorine and Ph are operating at acceptable levels.
* Operate equipment safely and effectively for production processing.
* Ensure that equipment is maintained in good and safe working condition.
* Ability to do titrations of Chlorine and make recommendations to Management and Maintenance when out of compliance.
* Able to do basic repairs on Chlorine and Ph Systems.
* Works independently and in a team as assigned and moves between job functions as needed.
* Processing must be completed in a timely manner to maintain established standards/goals.
* Follow safety policies.
* Adheres to GMP guidelines.

* Physical ability to move product weighing up to 45 pounds on a regular basis
* Ability to safely operate hand and power equipment according to procedure.
