HiFyve is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor in the Food Manufacturing industry in Turlock, CA!
Salary: $95,000-$110,000/year + 5% bonus eligibility
Shift: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM | Flexibility based on business needs

We’re seeking a hands‑on Maintenance Supervisor for a 24/7 food manufacturing facility . This position leads a team of approximately 12 hourly maintenance technicians supporting cheese production, whey operations, and packaging equipment.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter and strong people leader who can develop technicians, improve equipment reliability, and provide hands‑on mechanical and electrical troubleshooting support.
Job Responsibilities- Lead, coach, and technically develop maintenance technicians across three shifts
- Prioritize work orders and oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment, including motors, drives, and instrumentation
- Drive equipment reliability and reduce unplanned downtime through effective PM programs
- Support root cause analysis and corrective actions following equipment failures
- Use SAP or similar CMMS systems for work-order planning, documentation, and maintenance tracking
- Coordinate maintenance around production schedules, wash cycles, and planned shutdowns
- Support capital projects, equipment installations, spare parts management, and emergency repairs
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, GMP, food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements
- 2-5+ years of industrial maintenance experience with supervisory, lead, or foreman experience
- Food manufacturing experience is required
- Strong mechanical skills and general electrical troubleshooting experience
- Experience with motors, drives, instrumentation, and industrial production equipment
- Strong preventive/predictive maintenance and root cause analysis experience
- Proven ability to coach and technically develop maintenance employees
- Self-starter with strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field preferred, but not required with 5+ years of strong maintenance leadership experience
- Must be flexible to adjust schedule or shifts based on the needs of a 24/7 operation
