HiFyve is hiring a Production Supervisor in Turlock, CA!
Pay: $75,000-$95,000/year
Shift: Vacation Relief | Must be flexible to cover various shifts
Location: Turlock, CA

About the RoleWe’re looking for a Production Supervisor – Vacation Relief to lead production teams and keep daily operations running safely and efficiently. This role provides supervisory coverage across shifts while supporting production, food safety, quality, sanitation, and employee performance.
Job Responsibilities- Direct production employees, assign work, and ensure daily production goals are achieved
- Oversee dairy processing activities including receiving, pasteurization, separating, filling, mixing, packaging, and storage
- Monitor production equipment and coordinate timely repairs when issues occur
- Support production scheduling and ensure ingredients, packaging, and other materials are available for upcoming runs
- Maintain food safety, quality, GMP, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
- Coach, train, and develop employees while reinforcing performance expectations
- Manage timekeeping, performance evaluations, employee concerns, and other supervisory responsibilities
- Conduct safety investigations and support required safety meetings and training
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, sanitation, productivity, and operating costs
- Communicate effectively across shifts and work closely with production, HR, maintenance, and plant leadership
- High school diploma or equivalent required; related college degree preferred
- 2-5 years of manufacturing experience, preferably within dairy or food production
- Previous supervisory, team lead, or demonstrated leadership experience
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, production flow, sanitation, and continuous improvement
- Experience supervising, coaching, training, and developing production employees
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and manufacturing systems such as SAP
- Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment and provide coverage across varying shifts
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English
