Salary Range: $23.00 - $28.00 Hourly

What You'll Do

As a Milk Receiving Operator, you'll be responsible for receiving, sampling, unloading, and documenting raw milk deliveries while ensuring compliance with food safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include:

  • Receive and unload raw milk tankers safely and efficiently
  • Verify tanker documentation, seals, manifests, and wash tags
  • Collect milk samples for laboratory testing
  • Monitor milk temperatures and receiving specifications
  • Operate pumps, valves, transfer systems, and automated receiving equipment
  • Complete receiving documentation accurately
  • Perform Clean-In-Place (CIP) operations and sanitation procedures
  • Monitor storage silos and assist with milk inventory management
  • Work closely with Production, Quality Assurance, Laboratory, and Maintenance teams
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Qualifications What We're Looking For

We're seeking individuals who are dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to producing safe, high-quality dairy products.

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Hold current Weigher & Samplers License
  • Dairy, food manufacturing, agricultural, logistics, or industrial experience preferred
  • Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation skills
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed

Previous dairy manufacturing or milk receiving experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train motivated candidates with relevant manufacturing experience.
