Shift: Nights

Job Type: Full Time

Reporting to the Nursing Department Director, the Registered Nurse Shift Manager uses the nursing process and organizational/leadership skills to coordinate staff and patient services during the designated shift. Ensures appropriate care for patients of all ages and developmental levels. Assesses staffing needs, collaborates with staffing coordinator, Nurse Director, and Administrative Nursing Supervisor to fulfill patient needs, and supports the Nursing Department Director with administrative duties.

• Two to five years of acute care experience or equivalent
• RN skills for the designated unit
• Managerial experience preferred
• Current California RN license
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
