Certified Nurse Assistant- AM

Making a difference in the lives of older adults—Covenant Living invites Certified Nursing Assistants to contribute to enhancing quality of life for residents across assisted living, skilled nursing, and memory care settings.

• Reports directly to the nurse manager and may also take direction from licensed nurses on duty or other supervisory staff.
• Provides direct care to residents on a daily basis.
• Assists with activities, light housekeeping, laundry, and dining services.
• Supports residents with basic personal care tasks according to procedures and daily assignments, including but not limited to bathing, dressing, dental hygiene, toilet activities, grooming, feeding, transportation/transfer, etc.
• Maintains resident rooms in a clean and orderly manner by performing light housekeeping tasks such as changing linen, making beds, putting away clothing, tidying bedside tables, shelves, closets, and cleaning bathrooms.
• Assists with resident laundry, ensuring clothes are marked, clean, mended, ironed, and put away; notifies supervisor of clothing needs as they occur.
• Prepares residents for meals, assists with serving meals, and helps with feeding.
• May be cross‑trained in Assisted Living.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Completion and passing of an approved Nursing Assistant program in the State.
• Registered on the State’s Health Nursing Assistant Registry.

Pay range: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour.
