Role: Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department, providing patient assessment, care planning, and communication with healthcare team members.
Responsibilities- Utilize the nursing process to evaluate patient conditions and develop appropriate care plans.
- Document patient care activities accurately to maintain comprehensive medical records.
- Ensure adherence to universal precautions, departmental protocols, and governmental regulations.
- Support organizational goals and initiate nursing guidelines.
- Perform EKG competency and support patient care with a focus on quality and safety.
- Current California RN license.
- Minimum of 1 year of Emergency Department experience.
- Certifications:
ACLS, PALS, and MICN (within 2 years of hire). - Excellent customer service and communication skills.
