Sales Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plan and execute outreach and engagement activities within assigned communities Identify and cultivate partnerships with community organizations to generate qualified referrals Build and maintain relationships with senior centers, assisted living facilities, churches, food banks, and other community-based organizations Educate referral sources on program services and eligibility Develop and execute monthly outreach plans to meet enrollment targets in collaboration with leadership Track outreach activities and leads using CRM and enrollment systems

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred Minimum of one (1) year of sales or marketing experience; healthcare or senior services experience strongly preferred Outside sales or community outreach experience preferred Fluency in Spanish required Experience using CRM or healthcare technology platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Athena) Ability to complete required state marketing training and certification within 30 days of hire BENEFITS:
