Our Retail Sales Consultant earns between $21.43 - $24.95 per hour plus up to $6,850 in commissions if all sales goals are met. Working 20‑24 hours per week averages $30,725 per year in total compensation. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
