- MakeoutboundsalescallstoprospectiveresidentialcustomersgeneratedthroughourCRMandmarketingcampaigns
- Handleinboundcallsfrominterestedcustomersandwalkthemthroughourresidentialinternetandmobileplans
- Manageyourpipelinedailyin Hub Spotand Sales Rabbit —logging calls,tracking follow-ups,andmovingleadsthroughthesalesprocess
- Explain pricing,coverage,andinstallationtimelinesclearlyandaccurately
- Hitmonthlysalestargetsthroughamixofnewsign-upsandupgrades
- Followupconsistentlywithwarmleadsandpastinquirieswhohaven'tyetconverted
- Coordinatewiththeinstallationandcustomerserviceteamstoensureasmoothhandoffafterthesale
- KeepcustomerrecordsaccurateanduptodateinourCRMsystems
- Previoussalesexperience,ideally phone-basedorinsidesales(telecomorISPexperienceisaplus,butnotrequired)
- Comfortablemakingahighvolumeofoutboundcallseveryday
- Experience with Hub Spotand /orSales Rabbitstronglypreferred
- Bilingual in Spanish and Englishstronglypreferred
- Strongcommunicatorwhocanbuildrapportquicklyandhandleobjectionswithoutgettingrattled
- Self-motivatedandcomfortableworkingtowardmonthlyquotas
- Reliable,organized,andcomfortablewithroutineCRMdataentry
- Hourlybasepay($16.90to $21.00,basedonexperience) plus commission.
Totalannualearningsareexpectedtorangefrom $50,000to $90,000,dependingonperformance. - Overtimemaybeavailable,thisisanon-exempt position
