Engage with local Turlock residents to assess their specific insurance needs and offer clear, understandable solutions.

Review existing policies to ensure clients are adequately covered against modern risks.

Generate new business through active outreach and meaningful connections within our community.

Prepare quotes, process applications, and ensure all policy documentation is accurate.

Resolve client inquiries promptly, acting as their primary point of contact for any coverage concerns.

Collaborate with the agency owner to track progress toward growth goals and improve service standards.

Active California Property & Casualty License.

Demonstrated ability to identify and secure new client opportunities.

Strong command of insurance coverage details and risk assessment.

High level of comfort using agency management systems and digital document tools.

Clear and engaging communication style for both phone and in-person meetings.

Consistent follow-through and attention to administrative detail.

Previous experience working in a small, customer-focused agency environment is a plus.
