Troubleshoot electrical, computer, mechanical, and pneumatic equipment/systems in industrial manufacturing;
Read and follow electrical code, schematics, and blueprints using hand and power tools;
Disassemble, repair, and replace parts on motors, pumps, conveyors, and related equipment;
Maintain and adjust mechanical devices including cleaning and lubrication;
Perform major electrical repairs (24
VDC, 120
VAC, 3-phase up to 480V, PLCs, VFDs) and test circuits using instruments;
Ensure work follows safety procedures including lock-out/tag-out;
Communicate issues to supervisors and maintenance management;
Capable of covering mechanical and electrical equipment across shifts
