Compensation and Pay

Pay Range: $16.00 – $22.00 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation may include annual, quarterly performance bonuses, or premiums. Premiums may vary based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

• Operate company delivery vehicles to safely and efficiently deliver parts and products to professional customers.
• Use fleet management hand‑held devices to process deliveries, capture customer signatures, update vehicle mileage, and complete daily vehicle inspections.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, secure keys, fuel/fleet credit cards, hand‑held devices, and monies collected at all times.
• Collect money on C.O.D. deliveries and pick up customer returns (new, warranty, core items), completing driver return slips.
• Communicate customer issues or special needs to store management and report vehicle maintenance, accidents, or damage immediately.
• Ensure fuel tank is filled, lock and secure vehicle at the end of the day, and clock in/out per company policy.
• Perform additional duties as assigned, such as customer service, sweeping, general stocking, merchandising, errands, handling core returns, and stocking orders.
• Occasionally assist customers, serve as cashier, or help with merchandising tasks when business requires.

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing delivery situations.
• Clean driving record meeting the company’s 14‑point / 18‑point system.
• Valid state driver’s license and compliance with company driving eligibility.
• Desired: familiarity with automotive parts, ability to operate light store equipment.
