Monday–Friday | 7:30 PM – 5:30 AM
 Pay: $26.00/hour + Performance-Based Incentives

  What You’ll Own
 ⏱️ Operations & On-Time Performance
 Oversee assigned regions to ensure on-time delivery and service excellence
 Monitor loads, routes, and driver activity to keep operations running smoothly
 Book hotels and support drivers with overnight logistics
  Communication & Coordination
 Work closely with Driver Managers, Transportation Managers, and customers
 Maintain strong communication across all levels—from drivers to executive leadership
 Act as a key point of contact for overnight operations and issue resolution
 ️ Safety & Compliance
 Ensure adherence to safety policies and procedures
 Monitor and enforce DOT, FMCSA, and local regulations
 Promote a culture of safety and accountability across all operations
  Technology & Performance Tracking
 Utilize and promote TCI systems including:
 Samsara (Drive Cam & ELD)
 McLeod (load management & billing readiness)
 Tenstreet (driver recruiting tools)
 Customer portals
 Ensure loads are updated in real time to support accurate billing and reporting
  Customer Success & Continuous Improvement
 Help meet or exceed customer performance targets
 Identify opportunities to improve communication, efficiency, and service quality
  What You Bring
 Experience in dispatch, logistics, transportation, or operations
 Strong decision-making skills and ability to work independently overnight
 Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
 Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
 Comfort with technology, systems, and digital tools (Office 365, dispatch software, etc.)
 High level of accountability, professionalism, and integrity
 Ability to respond to calls, texts, and emails, including occasional emergencies
