• Analyze and organize office operations and procedures
• Control posted documents, including time records, vehicle deals and commissions, and inventory changes
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks
• Maintain accurate records and manage vendor statements, bank reconciliations, and journal entries
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and customers, ensuring a high level of organization

• At least a few years of dealership accounts payable experience
• Strong skills in accounts payable and receivable
• Experience with POS systems and accounting software (e.g., Quick Books)
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Familiarity with dealership operations and financial statements
