Electrical Quality Control Field Manager

• Responsible for delivery of commissioning services, including coordination and implementation of the Commissioning Plan.
• Conducts Quality inspections to ensure processes and standards are being utilized effectively.
• Participates in internal and external teams to refine job site Quality processes.
• Provides guidance to field employees and management on job site Quality matters.
• Conducts coaching and development of employees related to audits and novel work.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 10 plus years of field experience, including not less than 5 years of successful experience as a project superintendent.
• Journeyman's or Master’s License is required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, accommodating customer demands.

Demonstrates extensive experience in commissioning services and quality inspections, with a strong focus on coaching and developing field employees. Holds a Journeyman's or Master’s License and possesses over 10 years of field experience, including significant project superintendent expertise.
