Construction Manager/ Foreman, Regulatory Compliance Specialist

Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 annually
Additional Compensation:- $750/month vehicle allowance
The Associate Project Manager is responsible for the overall management and successful execution of assigned projects from initiation through completion. This role ensures all contracted work is planned, developed, implemented, installed, and managed in accordance with company standards, with a strong focus on safety, quality, operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.
The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of project delivery, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position serves as a key liaison between customers, field personnel, vendors, and internal stakeholders while driving successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage assigned projects throughout the full project lifecycle, from planning and execution to closeout.
- Coordinate staffing, labor resources, and field personnel to support successful project delivery.
- Procure, track, and manage project materials, equipment, and vendor relationships.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones and deadlines are achieved.
- Monitor project budgets, control costs, and support financial performance objectives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing regular updates and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Ensure compliance with company safety policies, quality standards, and operational procedures.
- Identify project risks and implement solutions to maintain project timelines and objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to resolve challenges and ensure seamless project execution.
- Support project reporting, documentation, forecasting, and overall project administration.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in project coordination, construction management, operations, or project management.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience managing schedules, budgets, materials, and project resources.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to build relationships with customers, vendors, field personnel, and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Skills:
- Experience supporting construction, telecommunications, infrastructure, electrical, or related field projects.
- Understanding of project financials, forecasting, and cost controls.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and quality assurance practices.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
