Pay Rate = $13 - $15 depending on experience and/or if Licensed in insurance
Duties Include:
- Quote new business by phone or walk-in
- Process new business applications or to rewrite cancelled policies
- Follow up on leads and referrals
- Quote policy changes
- Process policy changes
- Prepare client lists of upcoming policy renewals
- Call clients 30-45 days prior to policy renewal to schedule appointments for an annual policy review
- Capitalize on opportunities to up-sell, cross-sell, and multi-line customers
- Review premium change reports and contact clients to review coverage and pricing
- Remarket clients when needed as part of the renewal review
- Review and respond to underwriting requests from carriers
- Answer the phone in a courteous manner
- Assist as interpreter with Hispanic clients
- Enter payments on the computer as needed
- Enter new clients into the agency management system
- Fax documents
- Scan documents and upload to agency management system or carrier websites
40 hours a week,
Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
