We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Family Medicine Physician, Board Eligible or Board Certified, to join an established outpatient primary care practice near Tuscaloosa, Alabama. This is a Permanent position for the right candidate. The role offers the chance to provide comprehensive, full-spectrum primary care to a diverse patient population in an outpatient setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered primary care services across all age groups in an outpatient environment
• Diagnose and manage a variety of medical conditions, ranging from routine to complex
• Develop and implement personalized care plans for patients, ensuring best practices in treatment protocols
• Participate in shared call rotations, without the need for hospital rounding
• Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to provide exceptional care and maintain high standards of clinical excellence

Qualifications:

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine
• Proficient in managing a wide range of primary care conditions
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with patients and staff
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a commitment to exceptional patient care
• Passionate about providing holistic, patient-focused healthcare services
