We are working with a well-established heavy civil contractor specializing in complex infrastructure projects including highways, bridges, marine, and energy work. They are looking for a Field Engineer who wants to be part of projects that matter and grow into a long-term career.

• Be part of the Project Management team and support projects from start to finish
• Work directly with project managers, engineers, and field crews
• Help manage schedules, track quantities, and support cost control
• Interpret plans and specifications and ensure work is built correctly
• Assist with coordination of materials, subcontractors, and site activities
• Support surveying, layout, and as-built documentation
• Contribute to safety and quality on-site

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Exposure to heavy civil, construction, or project management (internships count)
• Familiarity with software such as P6, AutoCAD, Micro Station, or similar is a plus
• Willingness to travel within the region
• Strong work ethic and desire to grow in construction

• Hands-on experience on large-scale infrastructure projects
• Clear path for growth into Project Engineer / Project Manager roles
