BASIC PURPOSE
:
Assist in the review of documents provided by customers to open, update, or gain access to accounts, ensuring that compliance is maintained.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
As a Deposit Review and Compliance Rep, you will be an essential member of the Bank First Operations team. As such, you will provide support to frontline staff with a variety of deposit related needs, including, but not limited to:
- Review a variety customer of documentation
- Consult with legal council as needed
- Provide support to internal personnel
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Review new accounts for accuracy and ensure compliance
- Review a variety of maintenance on accounts to ensure accuracy
- Performs multiple tasks, duties, and jobs within the department that pertains to Deposit Operations
SKILLS:
- Must have good computer skills, specifically Excel, Word, Adobe Sign.
- Should be detail oriented and be able to multi-task.
- Have excellent communications skills, written and verbal.
