A public educational institution is seeking a Desktop Support Technician II to provide Help Desk and field support services for faculty and staff. Responsibilities include setting up PCs, installing software, resolving user issues, and monitoring ticket queues. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED with two years of IT support experience, or an associate's degree. A valid U.S. driver's license is required.

The position is hybrid eligible, following University policy.
