Jobtailor is seeking a skilled Onboarding & Implementation Specialist to lead client launches from sales handoff through the first 30 days post-go-live. You will be the main contact aligning expectations, timelines, and technical requirements across cross-functional teams.
In this role, you will configure platforms, manage data accuracy, troubleshoot integrations, and partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, Support, and CSMs to remove blockers and stabilize customers early in their lifecycle.
