Coosa Valley Medical Center is seeking an IT Help Desk Technician to be the first point of contact for users needing IT assistance. You will answer calls, log requests, track progress, and resolve or escalate issues to the appropriate IT team.
You will provide ongoing support for PCs, printers, scanners and other peripherals, assist end users with questions and simple applications, and participate in research and self-directed study on LAN technologies.
