About the role Renuity is seeking an IT Service Desk Specialist to provide technical support to our staff in Madison. You will serve as the primary point of contact for local technology issues while assisting our broader enterprise with hardware and software troubleshooting.

• Provide technical assistance to end users across various divisions and locations.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software incidents through phone, email, and chat.
• Document support interactions and troubleshooting steps within the ticketing system.
• Manage ticket prioritization based on criticality and service level agreements.
• Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level teams when necessary.
• Support Windows, MacOS, iOS, and iPadOS environments.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to technology projects across the organization.
• Ensure all support activities align with corporate policies and procedures.

• Technical degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an information technology role.
• Ability to work on-site in Madison, WI.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for professional user interaction.
• Commitment to maintaining high customer service standards.
