Manager, Pricing Strategy

• Assess the overall pricing health of the business through financial metrics, customer value, and price perception.
• Manage the design and implementation of pricing tests.
• Develop reporting and dashboards to analyze and track progress on strategic pricing initiatives.
• Provide key inputs into the development of pricing tools, data, and processes in partnership with Product, Engineering, and Data Science.
• Partner with Finance to ensure complete alignment on pricing strategy and the execution of these strategies.

• 5+ years of work experience in retail or relevant business experience with an emphasis in the area of pricing strategy, capabilities, and tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.
• Demonstrable experience delivering high-impact pricing strategies, programs, execution, and analysis in a transformational environment.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen to make recommendations that support enterprise goals.
• Experience with SQL (Postgres and Snowflake) and a Business Intelligence tool (e.g., Tableau).

Expertise in developing and executing pricing strategies, supported by strong analytical skills and experience with financial metrics. Proficient in utilizing SQL and Business Intelligence tools to drive data-informed decision-making in a retail environment.
